Cancellation:

If a client wishes to cancel our services, kindly reach out via email to info@thekirkbooth.com or use the provided local city number located at the top of this page to initiate the refund process. For any custom photo template designs we've created, there will be a $40 design fee. Please note that if the event is not canceled within 2 weeks after booking, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable.

Late Fees And Agreements:

Payment in full is required prior to starting the photo booth. You can choose to pay after setup and testing the booth using the provided invoice link, or with cash or a check in person, depending on your local Kirkbooth office rules. We offer a full refund if there are serious rental malfunctions on our end. The Kirkbooth retains all rights and access to physical and online images until full payment is received. For assistance, please contact your local city number, and we will resolve any issues promptly.
